Expected delivery time

All products come with an estimated delivery time. However, sometimes a product will require that special bit of extra attention. If this is the case for your order, we will inform you of this right away.

The shipping time for our jewelry is 13 working days, unless it is stated otherwise for the individual product or order. Of course, there are several exceptions to the 12 working days shipping time. Signet rings that are set with a layered stone will have a shipping time of 15 to 18 working days.

Why this long?
As you can see on our website, we offer a large collection of jewelry. It is impossible for us to have every piece of jewelry in stock. We can keep the prices as attractive as it is right now, by not stocking. Once you have assembled your perfect piece of jewelry and ordered them, our designers and master goldsmiths will get started.
Each piece of jewelry is made and finished by hand. Because of this, we maintain the unique character of DiamondsByMe. This enables us to guarantee high craft quality.
In some cases, we have a piece of jewelry or diamond in stock at one of DiamondsByMe's worldwide locations. These models are intended as show models and can not be purchased immediately.

Fast delivery

We understand that you may need a piece of jewelry faster than our usual delivery period. That's why we offer a fast delivery. We can deliver a jewelry faster in almost all cases. Unfortunately, it may happen that it is not possible, which may be due to certain busy periods, precious stones to be ordered, etc. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities of fast deliveries. There will be an additional charge for a fast delivery. The urgency fee start from € 75, -

Delivery of multiple items

If you order multiple products at once, we will try to deliver them to you bundled, in a single package. The delivery time, in this case, will be the equal to the highest delivery time among products included in the order. If you would like us to send the products separately, do contact us for more information. Our orders are sent through PostNL within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands, we ship through DPD or DHL. After we confirm your order, you will receive an e-mail containing a track-and-trace code. You can use this code to track your order through the DPD or DHL web page. After you receive the shipping confirmation your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days, for delivery in Holland. For Europe, this will be within 3 to 5 working days.

Delays

If we shipped your order but you have not received it, we recommend waiting at least 2 to 3 working days. 98% of packages sent by DPD are delivered within 3 to 5 business day after initial shipping. In some exceptional cases the Postal services may not deliver your shipment within 3 to 5 days. If you have not received your order within 3 to 5 working days, do contact our customer service. In order to help our clients as efficiently as possible, we ask that you keep your order number on hand.
