This collection of half-finished jewelry items can be sent straight to your door within a matter of days. And, just like all our jewelry pieces, the items in our Express Collection are hand-finished by our goldsmiths.
The DiamondsByMe Express Collection
We all know that feeling. There's a birthday coming up and you've forgotten to buy a gift. Believe us when we say that you're not the only one who's been in that situation. Our Express Collection gives you the chance to still give someone a personalized gift when time is against you.
This collection consists of our most popular jewelry models which have been partly finished by our own goldsmiths, known as half-finished jewelry. The only things missing from our half-finished jewelry is a stone and some final finishing touches.
As we regularly get asked if an item of jewelry can be dispatched within a few days, we decided to create our Express Collection. This allows us to help customers who want a stunning gift at short notice rather than waiting the standard 12 days.
Express Collection options
With the Express Collection, you are guaranteed a stunning and timeless item of jewellery that can be sent to you in a matter of days.
This collection ensures that we always have some half-finished items in stock, ready to be finished in our very own workshop for urgent orders. With an aim to working as sustainably as possible and not wanting to maintain large amounts of stock, we have already made a number of choices for you based on our most popular stone sizes, choice of stone and which precious metal is used.
In the design tool you can choose:
- natural or lab-grown diamonds (with natural diamonds, you can also choose between SI/G and VS/E)
- stone size
- ring size (for rings)
- an engraving on the inside (for rings)
All Express jewels are made with 14-carat white gold.
When you choose an item from this collection, you are guaranteed a personalized and hand-made jewelry piece with rapid delivery. Your item has the same timeless and careful finish as all our other jewelry items.
Send or collect an Express Collection item
If you order an item from our Express Collection, you are guaranteed that it will be ready for dispatch within 2 working days. Your item will be ready to send, but if you need your order even more urgently, you also have the option of collecting it from our showroom in Rhoon.
For domestic orders (in the Netherlands), delivery can take one to two working days with delivery at home by PostNL, or 1 working day to be delivered to a PostNL pick-up point. For delivery within the European Union it may take up to two business days through DHL Express, or three to five business days through DPD. For delivery within the United Kingdom please allow two to three business days. For other countries it may take longer, depending on customs procedures.
During the festive season courier and delivery services are extra busy, meaning it may take slightly longer for your order to reach you.
In this case, it may be worth making an appointment at our showroom in the Netherlands if you live not too far away.
If you would like to collect your items from our showroom, you can choose this option at checkout. We will then arrange a collection appointment as soon as one of our jewellers is ready to set your chosen stone in your choice of mounting.

Interesting to know about our Express Collection
Our Express Collection items are more expensive because we have to add extra costs concerning the speed and priority given to your piece of jewelry. Our goldsmiths process the orders in the order that we receive them. Due to the urgency with which our Express Collection items need to be processed, our goldsmiths have to pause their work on other ongoing orders and adapt their timetables accordingly.
The natural and lab-grown diamonds that we offer in our Express Collection are always in stock. Certain other gemstones are not and need to be ordered in. As the Express Collection is all about speed, we have made a choice based on our most popular choice of gemstone, stone size and precious metal. The more options on offer, the harder it is for our goldsmiths to have your jewelry item ready to be dispatched within 2 business days. You can always ask us about the possibility of using another stone or stone size in your item. And we can discuss this option with our workshop team.
As we do not want to keep too wide a range of stock for our Express Collection and due to the time pressure that our goldsmiths work under for Express items, we have had to make certain choices. One of these is the choice of precious metal used.
We chose to use 14-carat white gold for this collection, as this is the most popular choice of precious metal.
No. The same rules apply to the Express Collection as for custom designs. This means that these jewelry items cannot be returned.
We can, of course, adjust ring sizes, and resizing within the first 30 days after receipt is subject to a special rate.
